Over the course of the program, we propose collecting your team for one workshop every second week, comprising a total of 9 modules. These workshops are designed to empower your educators with valuable competencies and tools.
The workshops delve into key aspects such as Finnish early education strengths, linguistic development, diverse expression skills, community studies, STEM education, growth and movement, learning environment setup, planning, documentation, assessment, and the crucial role of parents as partners.
📝 Experiential Lesson Plans
In addition to the workshops, you get 300 lesson plans to support your teachers in implementing experiential learning. These plans are crafted to bring innovation and engagement into the classroom, aligning with the principles learned during the workshops.
